    Has nearly finished a transcript of M.S. of Bedfordshire for the new Britannia he is preparing to publish but sends John one or two queries respecting Bedfordshire. Reply is to be directed to writer under cover to Fra. Freeling esq., secretary to General Post Office, London. Questions: Did John's estate at Turvey belong to Priory of St. Neots? Names of families in possession Patron of Turvey Rectory. Does Manor of Turvey still exist? Is Mr Higgins snr. Lord of Manor of Clifton Reynes, Dr. Willis deduces title to Manor from family of Reynes by female line, gives further detail. In what parish is Uphoe? Attached: reply to above queries by John, includes inscription to Jn. Rychardson, servants to Lords Mordaunt [D.N.B.
