With deeds & counterpart of mesne lease by (i) to Edward Ames of Leighton Buzzard gentleman & bond in £200 by Edward Ames, Richard Ames & Edward Whitestones to perform covenants in lease. Rent of £70 & 3 boars to be payable to (ii). Principal to be repaid at house of Christopher Hoddesdon in Bishopsgate. (Recites appurtenances of (ii) as woodward (KK6) and lease to him of market etc. for 90 years at £14 13s 4d to be paid at the market place in Leighton Buzzard called the Shambles.
