(2)Lease 1 July 1579 to William Bentham, Edmund Bolsworth & Richard Hye of Kingswood & Outwood for 21 years at £100 & 2 boars' heads per annum (3) Lease 26 August 1579 to Henry Jones (KK9) (4) Lease 15 September 1579 to Edmund Bolsworth & Richard Hye (KK11). (5) Lease 19 March 1579/80 to William Bentham for 31 years at 40s 8d for 1st 10 years then £10 per annum of property as in KK11 (6) Lease 29 May 1581 to Michael Fen of Northall parish of Edlesborough husbandman Robert Jeffe of Billington husbandman & William Dudlye of same husbandman for 21 years at £14 per annum. (7) Assignment of lease 17 June 1581 to John Syblie of Studham yeoman of Mansion House of Studham at £3 6s 8d. (8) Lease 26 Jan 1581/2 to Richard Hye & wife Anne for 12 years from Michaelmas 1583, then for 48 years if they live so long at £12 per annum. (9) Acquittance 24 August 1579 to Henry Jones. (10) Breach of covenant in original lease for delivery of court rolls at end of 3 year period. (i) appoint (ii) their attorney to recover debts viz £50 from Richard Hye of Leighton Mill & Edmund Stanton of Smewnes Parish of Great Brickhill, gent. as by bond in £80 of 23 January 1581/2.
