    Lease for 20 years at £10 per annum i) George Barne, Alice Barneham, Benedict Barneham ii) Edmund Bolsworth of Leighton Buzzard, tanner, Richard Hye of same miller. - Herbage of Kings Wood and Outwood, - house of 4 bays near Outwood called the ‘Tyle House’ in occupation of Thomas Blacknoll, George Cadock with tile-kiln. Licence to dig clay, sand and turf on the waste to make brick and tile (reserving to (i) right to keep 2 beasts there). Covenants: (a) by (ii) not to put any cattle in the coppices till latter are 6 years old and only colts up to 3 years old until 9th year of lease, (b) if inhabitants of Leighton Buzzard & Heath and Reach allow the house to be inhabited, rent to be reduced by 30s. (c) (ii) may take down and re-erect the house where (i) appoint. (d) If lease of Kings Wood & Outwood to William Bentam of Leighton Buzzard & (ii) of 1 July 1579 is surrendered the present lease to be void. Witnesses:- William Johnson ‘le puisne’, Thomas Bacaste
