    endorsed on letter from Theresa's aunt, Han. Aislabie. Sends aunt's letter to John as knows he had no idea estate was entailed on them. Asks John to avoid subject with aunt until writer and he have talked about it, and John has heard what Orlebar thinks about it. Thinks aunt should have told them before. Asks John to try and persuade aunt to come back with him on coach. There is no need to buy broach for Higgin's and one is enough for writer as they are over 20/-. letter from aunt, Han. Aislabie to Theresa Has been unwell and obliged to put off visit to town, but hopes to see Mr Higgins there on Friday at Mr Jarmans. Estate has been advertised for £12,000 and there have been two applications. If there is a purchase conveyance must be signed by Theresa as estate is entailed on her and her 3 sister's. Has written to 3 other nieces.
