Scope and Content
Not in wtiters power to give opinion about sending present trustees until ascertains authority given in settlement. Called yesterday on Mr Orlebar and his bride to inform them that writer and Mr Genest would transfer stock on 24th this month. Mr Orlebar expected Mr Genest in London next month. Will be at John's service if he plans to visit London between that day and 24th on subject of new trustee and selling the 3% reduced stock and the Navy 5%. Obliged by John's approval of Jul. and Oct. dividends on trust property which writer will pay to Misses Aislabie and Standring. Expense in transferring different stock must be deducted from dividends.
