Operative part: In consideration of £10 paid by (iii) to (i), with approbation of (ii) as Superintendent Minister, (i) conveys to (iii): All that piece of land or ground situated in the rear of certain premises, the property of (i), in the occupation of Thomas Parris and adjoining the back of the Wesleyan Methodist Chapel in St. Neots. Plan delineated on indenture. Habendum: To the use of (iii) in fee simple upon trust as expressed in an indenture dated 3 Jul 1832 being "The Model Deed for Wesleyan Methodist Chapels", (iii) agreeing with (i) that they and their heirs will not 'open any lights overlooking the property' of (i), of a different kind to those existing.
