Has let little farm at New pastures to Wm. Travel, ''I have a high opinion of his carefulness and prudence...'' Had tried to get hold of farm of Lord Northampton's for Travel but it was already occ. Is to sell some sheep, ''but am unfortunate in not having done it a month sooner,as in consequences of the peace they are not likely to be sold so readily'' Mentions horses. Thinks Sarah must be more comfortable with a house entirely at her own disposal. Mentions election. Asks to be remembered to Mr La Trobe.
