Letter to her delayed by visit of Mr Skevington who dined with them at Weston, Writer now at Turvey Abbey and has just had visit from neighbour, Mr Laurence, and ""some others of the quality of this place"". Mentions letters from Mr T. Higgins, Mr Warner and Mr Johnson. Had a visit from Kilpin. Visited Olney, Ravenstone and Weston Churches on Sunday. Hopes Mr and Mrs Warner and Mary will soon pay visit to Turvey Abbey. ""My Man Benbow was taken ill last Monday.... and Frances Chambers was taken ill this morning"
