Reciting: Will of Luke Beckles 25 August 1705, leaving estate to 2. on condition that she bring up 4 youngest daughters, Mary (since dead), Anne, Sarah & Elizabeth.
To secure £120 for 2. to use of 3 daughters, 1. gives securities for £80 to be paid after 3 years to 3. as trustee for use as above, and bond for £40 more to be paid after 7 yrs. 1. to bring up and educate the 3 daughters.
