    Chas., Earl of Peterborough and Monmouth Thos. Davison of Turvey, baker. -- Turvey mill; the Homes; the river from the upper dam to the bridge. The Earl will within 6 months provide £200 towards new erecting the sd. mill, and also provide stone and timber; the charge of digging the stone and felling the timber to be paid by ii; the Earl will also pay land tax, and allow master timber for the wheels of the mill when occasion requires. The tenant agrees to erect and new build up the mill in a good and workmanlike manner and keep it in repair. Witn. Ed. Peacock, Robt. Jeffrey.
