‘Under the will…have the executors the power to carry on the business for an indefinite time. If they have not, the business I take it, devolves to Mrs Pope. Can she authorise any one, say myself as executor to carry on the business in the name of the executor. I want to know this as we may want more capital in the business & I shall try to get the Bankers to grant an overdraft. How could the guarantor of the overdraft be secured. Has Mrs Pope executed her will. Kindly reply at once.’
