Letter from Miss Brooks to Swaffield. Enclosed letter from Petley (SF84/5/131/1). Comments on repairs of Carr's and Whittington's Cottages, particularly to windows and floors. Also ‘I hope the brook & drain will soon be cleared out here but how can it be kept sanitary as long as the drainage to the farm is emptied into it’ (See SF84/5/130a-b) 2 sheets
