2) Herbert Barnes Pope of Mahobahola Headlands Mashonaland, South Africa, farmer
3) Eric William Pope of the same place, farmer
4) Arthur Frederick Pope of Barton House, Deansgate Manchester, insurance broker and underwriter and William Frederick Ashby Fletcher (the trustees)
Under the codicil to James Pope’s will one fifth share to be held in trust for 1) during her life and then to children. 1, 2 and 3 having come to an agreement for the immediate division of the fifth share Maud Pope to take one half and the other half to be split equally between 2 and 3, they being the only children of George and Maud Pope, and this having been agreed by 4) this indenture releases 4) of any further involvement.
