Property with exception of malthouse in occupation of Mrs Owen Thomas. - iii) plot or parcel of walled in garden in Church Street. Bounded North & East by other property of James Pope, deceased, contracted to be sold to Wells and Winch. South: Church Street, West: by property of Wells and Winch Limited. James Pope was admitted copyhold tenant to ii) and iii) at court held 10 August 1867.
