- Appoints nephews William John Pope and Walter Harry Pope and Thomas James Hooper, solicitor, executors and trustees. - all real estates to use upon trust to sell and convert real and personal estates and hold the proceeds upon trust to divide the same equally between nephews and nieces Mary Amelia Raynes, Jessie Susan Flower, William John Pope and Walter Harry Pope. In case of death of any of them in testator’s lifetime leaving issue then child to take parent’s share. Marked in pencil ‘not proved revoked by later will.’
