i) Robt King all of Cranfield, yeomen Josh Wheeler all of Cranfield, yeomen Ric Hartwell all of Cranfield, yeomen Jas Warr all of Cranfield, yeomen ii) Arnett Park of Wootton, butcher Abe Bigg of Kempston, yeo Jon Bigg of Kempston, butcher Hen Smith of Aspley, yeo - cottage in Bourne End & pightle of 2 acres; - 2 a pasture called Wills Allen; all occ Jn Birt; the property was surr by Jn Birt 4 Nov 1726 (by the hand of Tho Partridge, gent, headborough) to (i), but reserving for his life one room on the N side with a chimney, and the room over it above stairs; (i) were admitted at a court 5 Nov 1726, on trust (which is to be renewed when required) as the 8 persons above-named shall direct; Witnesses: Ann Cox (mark), Wm Cawne.
