Recites: - Copy of court roll dated 12 May 1847 surrender of Abraham Roberts, grocer in consideration of £63 paid by Benjamin Titmas, victualler and dealer, of all that right of common for one horse, two cows and a breeder belonging to cottage situate in Langford Street with yard, garden etc. late in occupation of John Owen etc. common right was numbered 65 in the Fenreeves books. - Copy of court roll dated 28 April 1848 Abraham Roberts admitted. - Copy of court roll dated 30 August 1858 surrender of Roberts to William Pope and admission of William Pope.
