Draft will of William Pope of Biggleswade, merchant, farmer and maltster. - to wife Amelia £100 and household effects for own use and benefit, dwelling house so long as she continue a widow - to brother James Pope of Sandy, my cousins Charles Pope of Sandy and George James Newbery of the Royal Exchange all copyhold land in trust with right to let or sell. Annuity to wife, to be reduced in the event of her remarrying and on the death or coming of age of any of the children. In event of death or remarriage of wife trustees to apply the whole or as much as they think fit to the maintenance, education and bringing up of children.
