- Scope and ContentBiggleswade fixtures to be valued by Mr J Carrington. Hitchin fixtures to be valued by Mr Stanton. Biggleswade stock and such of Hitchin stock as he thinks proper to be taken by Mr Pope at market value with exception of coals etc. Hitchin stock to be realized by the firm of Pierson & Pope and all other res. Not taken by either party thereto as early as possible. Mr J G Pierson to have refusal of Radwell mill at valuation…the book debts to be collected as usual Mr William Pope junr acting on behalf of his father as regards the Biggleswade district, the present books to be kept on for that purpose. Monies received to go to Messrs Sharples & Co to meet the joint liabilities. The stock taken by Mr Pope to be paid for by 5th April. Signed by Joseph M Pierson, William Pope senr and jnr.
