Building ground on the south of lot 1 with ftrontage to the meeting of 61 feet and 134 feet deep in occupation of Mr Hodges. - Lot 3. Building ground south of lot 2 with frontage to the meeting of 61 feet and dept 134 feet in occupation of Mr Hodges. - Lot 4. Building ground east of lot 1 with front 27 feet to Palace Street, 91 feet in depth and 61 feet at south end. In occupation of Mr Hodges - Lot 5. Timber built manor house with yard, garden, outbuildings, well of water, situate in Shortmead Street near to the church.
