- Scope and ContentRecites: surrender of William Rands to the use of his will 16/17 November 1796. Will of William Rands dated 16 March 1803 devising property to his daughter Ann Hunt for life and then as follows: - Messuage in Shortmead street in the occupation of himself and his son in law John Hunt, seven roods of garden ground adjoining to grandson William Hunt. - 2 ac 3 r 19 p of arable land or garden ground called Little Moor Gilletts then in the tenure of John Hunt to granddaughters Ann Hunt and Mary Hunt as tenants in common. - two cottages in Biggleswade in the occupations of Peter Stanley and Hannah Lawman with piece of garden ground in occupation of William Hunt lying on the south side of the cottages to granddaughter Naomi Hunt . - Cottage in Biggleswade in the occupation of John Leighton and piece of ground in the occupations of John Leighton and Peter Stanley lying on the north side of the cottage to granddaughter Frances Hunt. William Rands died about 28 October 1809. Naomi Hunt died intestate about 13 October 1809 leaving her brother William Hunt her heir at law. William Hunt died intestate about 20 January 1810 leaving Ann Hunt, Mary Hunt, Frances Hunt, Margaret Hunt and Joanna Hunt his sisters and coheiresses. Ann Hunt married Thomas Brown and died about 14 January 1811 leaving Naomi Brown her only child. Frances Hunt died a minor about 4 May 1811 leaving her sisters Mary, Margaret and Joanna and her neice Naomi Brown coheiresses. Joanna Hunt died a minor about 5 December 1811. Mary Hunt died intestate about 31 December 1811. Margaret Hunt died about 17 January 1815 a minor. Who by the reversion or remainder became entitled to the entirety on the death of Ann Hunt.
