    - to wife Catherine Winn all messuages, cottages, lands etc in Biggleswade whether freehold or copyhold for life. After her death to son John Winn. - to daughter Elizabeth Winn equal moiety of the reversion in fee of all my farm lands and premises in Northill of what nature with their appurtenances expectant upon the death of my sister Mary, the wife of Mr Thomas Baker. - to son John Winn, Mary Burch of the parish of St Ann commonly called Limehouse, Middlesex, lime maker, John Smith late of Rotherhithe, Surrey but now of the parish of St Ann, shipbuilder the other equal moiety of the reversion in fee to hold in trust for son Edmund Winn brother of Elizabeth Winn, with authority to sell. - to wife Catherine Winn all goods and chattels, monies, bills, bonds, notes and securities for money, plate, household goods, linen and all other personal estate and effects to he sole use and disposal. John Winn, Mary Birch and John Smith executors. Witnesses: Edward Rudd, James Pope and Richard Grace.
