- Scope and ContentRecites will of John Wynn, currier, which gave, amongst other things, his messuage in which he lived in Biggleswade with malthouse, outhouses, buildings, barns, stables, yards, commons and appurtenances purchased of Edward Hemming, one acre of land purchased of Edward Rudd called Rye Close, 32 acres of arable land purchased of Mrs Reynolds and her son Anthony Reynolds to son John. John Wynn, a minor came to court and desired to be admitted by his mother and guardian Elizabeth Wynn, widow and was granted seisin thereof by the rodd. Rent 2 shillings for the premises purchased of Edward Heming, 1s for Rye Close and 6 s 8d for land purchased from Mary and Anthony Reynolds.
