In consideration of £8 18 s and 9 d 1) sells to 2) - messuage formerly called the Wheatsheaf absolutely enfranchised from any payments or customs of the manor - all common rights -endorsed with receipt for £8 18 shillings and 9 pence, signed by Sir Francis Willes. 20 October 1810
