(These were found later and would appear to be cash books to rentals not extant which precede the combined rental and cash books R5/93 onwards). "Improvements" include purchase of estates, etc.; estate new building and repairs; enclosures; fencing; wood fences; plantations; drainage and irrigation; Bedford Turnpike road.
