a) of Mrs. Webb and her heirs of an estate in Bedford St. Peter's for c. £95 in January 1751 b) of Mr. Hornbuckle for one adjacent the above about April of the same year 1751 for £121 1s. together with the chapel soon afterwards built thereon, were for the use of the Unitas Fratrum and were bought with money contributed by the Brethren. Undertaking by Vowell to convey the same without any reward to any person appointed by the Lord Advocate or Lord Deputy of the Unitas Fratrum for the time being. witnessed Thomas Sims, William Chapman, Richard Chapman.
