(1) Jos Hawkes, Luton, accountant, Geo Hunt, Luton, gent (2) Thos Stormer, Luton retired tailor, Geo Godfrey, Pegsdon, Herts., farmer (3) Hen Blundell, Luton, draper, Walt Thos Lye, Luton, straw-plait dyer, Wm Webb, Luton, plait merchant. ... recites earlier deeds as in MB2/LCHW/6/659 and 660. Order of Charity Commissioners, 5 August 1873, appointed Gustavus Jordan, Jos Hawkes, Thos Stormer, junior, Geo Godfrey, and Geo Hunt as trustees. Gustavus Jordan has since died and (2) wish to withdraw from the trust. (1) and (2) have chosen (3) as new trustees. Property is therefore vested in (1) and (3). Signed by all parties.
