Recommends QMs to make collection for national stock of at least double the usual amount MMs to keep alphabetical list of members Concurrance of QM and MM required for ministering Friends travelling to Scotland or islands adjacent with a veiw to holding meetings among those of other religious societies Caution against keeping guns or arms of any kind on their premises QMs may appoint women Friends to committees to assist MMs in the choice of elders Examined copies William Manley Appointed to raise subscription towards support of school in Islington Road - Dan. Brown (Albans), Thomas Belch (Hertford), William Anser, John Squire (Hitchin), William Holmes, John Ransom MMs to procure an account of the number of births, burials and marriages that have been registered from 1801-1810
