Marriage Settlement (i) Noel Bellairs Thompson of Turvey House, Bedford (ii) Millicent Emma Engelhardt of 6 Shaftesbury Villas, Kensington, Middx, spinster (iii) Arthur Francis Thompson of Turvey House, Bedford and Henry Cecil Pember of 18 Cornhill in the City of London, trustees. Marriage intended between (i) and (ii). (i) entitled absolutely to stocks, shares in schedule outlined below but it was agreed that the same should be transferred to (iii) in trust until the marriage and after the marriage held in trusts. Transfer from (i) to (iii) has been made. Indenture: 1.(i) with approbation of (ii) that (iii) are possessed of the said stocks, shares etc upon trust for (i) . Stocks to remain in investments (iii) with permission of (i) can convert to money or invest. 2.(iii) may vary or transpose investments. 3.The Trust Fund profits from stocks and investments to pay income to (i) during his life and then to(ii) if she shall survive him for life or until any other event. 4.(iii) at their discretion to pay to the children or remoter issue of (i) and (ii) proceeds of trust. 5.After the death of (i) & (ii) trusts to be paid upon the age of 21 or marriage in equal shares to their issue. 6.With permission of (i) or (ii) (iii) can provide funds for the advancement or benefit of their issue from the proceeds of the Trust in such manner as the trustees shall think fit. 7.After the death of (i) with the permission of (ii) (iii) can provide funds for the advancement or benefit of their issue from the proceeds of the Trust in such manner as the trustees shall think fit. 8.If there is no child of the marriage of (i) and (ii) then (iii) shall hold the Trust for the executors, administrators and assigns. 9.(i) shall and after his decease (ii) shall have power to appoint a new Trustee or Trustees Schedule: - £1000 Liverpool United Gas Company Consolidated B Stock - £4560 London & South Western Railway 4% (1881) preference stock - £1700 London & North Western Railway consolidated 4% preference stock - £2400 Liverpool Corporation 3.5% stock - £2509.18.5 India 3.5% stock - £2500 Canadian Pacific Railway 4% perpetual debenture stock..
