Parents & guardians should prevent engagements before "all things relating to their outward estates be firmly agreed on" Parents consent before marriage MM & QM "not to omit giving due & faithful warnings & Admonitions" Reports re N. Ireland "many sustained great loss & are brought low by the common calamity that lies upon that nation". Danzig Friends again imprisoned Gt grief last year's advice about avoiding Talk about politics ignored
