Note in different hand "J.J.W. resides 98 Strand" over the page:- report J.J.W. removed out of Westminster MM sent by Thos Zachary, clerk 18th Dec 1828 Certificate returned to Westminster MM by Albans MM 13th Feb 1829 1) Rich Squire 2) Thos Zachary 2 Friends visited J.W.W. who stated that "his situation in business" prevented him from attending in morning but did attend in Afternoon From Thos Zachary c/o Jn Bell, Chemist of 338 Oxford St. J.J.W. does not appear to be attender at meetings & expressed surprise at certificate being sent after him. It is believed that he is now with his Father who lives at J. Hargreaves, Bishopsgate St Without Undated Note on dorse: Zachary to Squire - certificate not passed a second time. found out yng man's residence is Cornells, Walworth Rd - informant Wm Hargreaves
