'Mrs Hillyard called upon me the other day about leaving her house she claims to be paid for the stoves and mantelpieces certain buildings and for the fruit trees. If what she told me is true she probably is entitled to claim for the stoves mantelpieces and buildings or to remove them but for the fruit she certainly cannot claim any thing legally neither is she justified in removing them and the fruit trees I understand are by far the most important part of the claim she want £50.’
