    Assignment of Mortgagor Parties: (i) John Syndry, citizen and haberdasher of London; (ii) Brooke Bridges of Inner Temple, London, esquire; (iii) William Boteler of Biddenham, esquire Reciting: - mortgage by demise for five hundred years of 26 Nov 1696 between (1) Brooke Bridges and Mary, his wife; (2) William Farrer junior of Inner Temple, esquire; (3) William Boteler in which (3) lent £2,000 to (1) secured on (a) to (k); - (ii) had conveyed the reversion of the mortgaged (a)-(k) to (i); - (i) had agreed to pay £2,000 to (iii) and (iii) was content that (a)-(k) would still secure both that principal and outstanding interest Operative Part - (i) to secure the £2,000 with interest, confirmed (a)-(k) to (iii) with a proviso for re-conveyance on redemption of the mortgage Property: (a) manor and site of former Cauldwell Priory with capital messuage, dovehouse and malthouse in the occupation of Elizabeth Spencer, widow; (b) Grove Close near (a); (c) Pond Yard alias Pound Yard of five acres; (d) Water Close of ten acres; (e) Long Walk adjoining (d); (f) Bell Close of five acres; (g) two cottages and adjoining barn, formerly four cottages, in Cauldwell Street (h) liberty of free fishing in the river Great Ouse; (i) seven beds of osiers in the occupation of John Day; (j) eight acres being the east part of Warren Close near Caldwell wall in the occupation of George Spencly; (k) rectory or parsonage of Kempston in the occupation of Elizabeth Spencer Witnesses: - F. Brace; - John Cudworth; - F. Brace junior
