(a) manor and site of former Cauldwell Priory with capital messuage, dovehouse and malthouse in the occupation of John Barbor;
(b) Grove Close near (a);
(c) Pond Yard alias Pownd Yard of five acres;
(d) Water Close of ten acres;
(e) Long Walk adjoining (d);
(f) Bell Close of five acres;
(g) two cottages and adjoining barn, formerly four cottages, in Cauldwell Street in the occupation of John Haines the younger, gardener, John Haines, labourer and Anthony Rush;
(h) liberty of free fishing in the river Great Ouse;
(i) seven beds of osiers;
(j) eight acres purchased by John Barbor from William Frisbie being the east part of Warren Close near Caldwell;
