    i) Samuel Rishworth of Coventry, draper ii) Alexander Jeacocke of Coventry, corvicer [cordwainer] consid: £16..10s. paid by ii) to i), i) grants to ii) - messuage or tenement with appurtenances now or late in the occupation of Edward Man, hosier, on the North side of Earlestreet in the City of Coventry, abutting : East: messuage of Samuel Harwarre in the tenure of the said Alexander Jeacocke, and part of a messuage of and in the tenure of Alexander Jeacocke : West: messuage of the Mayor, Bailiffs & Commonalty of the City of Coventry, in occ. of ...Reade, widow : South: Earlestreet : North: one little Roometh now being part of the kitchen of the said Alexander Jeacocke, and the chamber over the same, sometime belonging to & part of a messuage heretofore in occ. of Christopher Bromley, girdler, and now in occ. of Sam. Rishwort - also the said little Roometh and chamber over it, and a little piece of ground on the back and North part thereof, as it is now divided and set forth, with a little building thereupon now employed for a house of office, with appurts., now in occ. of ii) Property lately purchased (among other premises) by i) from George Bland of London Esq., and Richard Penketh of Penketh, Lancs., gent. by indenture of Bargain and Sale of 9 May 1620 Clause of warranty against claim on property by Samuel Rishworth and Anne his wife, George Bland and Anne his wife, and Richard Penketh and Jane his wife, and their heirs. i) and wife Anne to execute all deeds etc. to secure ii)'s title for 7 years from date of deed.
