Lidlington workhouse nearly ready to convey. Lease of Oakley rectory. Trustees of road are lowering Chalk Hill, widening embankment; effect on tunnel which carries off the water from the meadows at Carter's farm & Bidwell; it was never large enough; negotiations with trustees; cost £330; said Duke would contribute.
