Title
Draft case for the opinion of counsel. Mr Tucker and his daughter (a minor) were admitted jointly to the copyhold property of the Manor of Woodford in 1849. Mr Tucker has now independently sold the property and advice is requested as to how to overcome the difficulty of his daughter's interest in the property. Would an application to the Court of Chancery be the right procedure?
