    Regular business includes election of officers, passing of accouts, rates and rating etc. until 1894 when Parish Council was established. Since 1920 the volume has been used mainly for Easter Vestry meeting minutes etc. Occasional business includes: 1886 Contribution enforced to give maintenance of children in parish attending the Board School 1887 Request for Gas Company to reduce price of gas 1888 27th March. Road to Aspley Hall Farm not being maintained by Mr. Sturgess 2nd April. Overcrowding in the nave of the church while seats in south aisle unoccupied 19th April. Agreement to dissolve the Woburn Union and approve the new Leighton Union 1889 26th February. Enlargement of Woburn Sands school building and schoolmaster's house - disapproval of School Board spending extravagantly 22nd April Precautions taken to stop flowers being taken in the Cemetery - gate to be closed in evening 31st May. Discussion of rights of parish re sale of clay and sand pits 30th September. Plans for imporovement to accommodation and better ventilation and warmth in church 7th December Further discussion on above, and how to finance cost (£1580 estimate). Committee set up. 1891 Arguments re seating improvements - resolved to allow a poll of the parish 1894 Complaints re overcrowded state of the school 1900 16th April. Taking over the Nonconformist portion of the burial ground for £2 per annum 27th July. Discussion re buying of land by the Burial ground for enlargement 1903 22nd June. Setting up a fund for enlargement of burial ground. Faculty application 13 July. Cope of faculty to build a family vault for Col. Charles Downes of Aspley House 1907 Fund to be set up for repair and extension of the burial ground 1919 Tablet for those who fell in the 1914-18 War to be erected in the East End of the North aisle. Also a memorial altar 1921 Mrs. Downes proposal to erect a calvary cross for those who died in the Great War. Further minutes largely routine business only
