    Wm. Fred. Lindesay, clk., Rector of st. Cuthbert's Jn. McDowall Elliott, 30, Girdlers Road, West Kensington, London, Lieut. - Col in H.M. Army (retd.) Robt. Hen. Kinsey, Bedford, surgeon Reciting: death of Dav. Stewart, late of Bedford, a Lieut. - Col. (retd.) in the Ceylon Rifles, on 22 Sept. 1881. Shortly after his death money (amounting to £43. 8s.6d) was subscribed for the purpose of perpetuating his memory. Money was invested in the Post Office Savings Bank in the names of the then Rector, sd. J.M. Elliott and Capt. Jn. Math. Glubb (since dec.) and income used for Sunday School prizes Money (now amounting to £48 14s. 8d) is now in names of above and they declare the terms of the trust as follows: Power given to invest money etc. Income to provide prizes for an intelligent knowledge of the truths of Holy Scripture to one or more of the Sunday School scholars If no one suitable then that year's money be added to the Trust Fund Rector to be trustee as long as he remains Rector, then hsi successor Vacancy in the office of Trustee to be filled by the family of Dav.
