Scope and Content
1) £5 p.a payable on St. Thomas' Day from the estate of the Hon. George Rice Trevor as entailed by the late William Boteler Esq.
2) The rent of 8a of grass land at Cranfield let to John Langston on a 21yr lease at a rent of £13 p.a.
3) £3 p.a. from the Grocer's Co. London; £2 to repair the parish causeways, £1 to be given to the poor.
These sums totalling £19 to purchase a bull to be given away on St. Thomas's Day & the remainder given to the poor.
4) A barrel of ale brewed from 1 quarter of malt sent by the owner of Kempston Mill to the owner of the Estate for allowing the mill owner to dam the water nr. the 1st overfall nr. the church at Kempston.
Dorse: ¼ of malt given by the miller to the poor & brewed for them by one of the farmers & given away on Whit-Monday.
