Whereas in pursuance of the provisions of the Glebe Lands Act of 1888 1) agreed to the sale of the land to 2) Whereas by a seal of 11th March 1899 the Board of Agriculture approved the sale. Conveyance by 1) to 2) in consid. £6600 - 20a 24p of land at Biddenham occ. Wm. Hen. Davey [PLAN] Whereas 2/ are acquiring the land for a factory & houses for their servants & workmen & additional sch. accomodation may be needed. Witnesseth If the nos. of children in the parish of sch. age or on the sch. roll has been increase solely by children of employees at the sd. factory then 2) shall pay to 1): No. of children Amount payable 85 - 100 £250 101 - 200 £400 200+ £500 the sum to be held by 1) for increasing the sch. accommodation.
