Edward William Jones of the Rectory, Wilden, clerk; the said Thomas William Quenby; John Smith of Manor Farm, Wilden, farmer; John Harrison of Wilden, shoemaker; William Swales of Shrubbery Farm, Wilden, farmer; John Folbigg of Sevick End Farm, Wilden, farmer; Stephen Harrison of Wilden, shoemaker; and Thomas Smith of the Chequers Inn, Wilden, innkeeper Whereas: this indenture is intended to be supplemental to the indenture of 10 December 1883 (i.e. P106/25/22 above); Trustees have died, leaving 1) and 2) then surviving; 1) no longer resides in Wilden and desires to be discharged from the Trust; 1) and 2) being desirous of continuing the Trust propose to appoint 3) as new trustees and to convey the property to them on trust NOW 1) and 2) convey to 3) - premises as P106/25/21 Covenants etc. Signatures: all
