Includes (loose at front) a memorandum on an action brought by William Newman the younger against Thomas Timberlake, Bartholomew Timberlake, William Wallis, John Hawkins, John Wallis and William Galdrey for trespassing on a close called the yard & gates Corner and pasturing their cattle there, Hilary Term, 1685 Also includes directions for registration of marriages, n.d.; and a copy Parliamentary proclamation concerning the consumption of wheat, with resolution of the parishioners of Houghton Regis to reduce by at least one third the amount consumed, 1796.
