Consideration: £5 10s., and annual rent of 4s. A pightle, or little close (½ rood), together with one little house or cottage thereupon erected, abutting W. on Bury close, E. on Oke Lane, N. on Sparrow Close, late of Thomas Beard, alias Farmer; S. on another close late of Thomas Beard, now of William Cawne.
