Whereas: Jane Flint, late of L.B., sp., dec., in her life time gave £50 to sd. Jn. Wilson for the purchase of freehold land or to be placed at interest on Govt. security and interest etc. for ever to be pd. ½ yearly to the choir or to persons singing twice on the Lord's Day the Holy Psalter or the Psalms of David, at the times of service in L.B. Church Now:- consid. - £70 i) conveys to ii) - meadow ground called the Clossett in the Middle Field of L.B.(2acs) W., E., and N. brook Late in occ. Mary Birdsey, wid., and now of i) to be held by ii) in trust, Power given to rent out land for period not exceeding 21 years. Money received to be paid twice yearly to the choir to be laid out in one or two yearly festivals '.. to the end and intent to unite them in religious and brotherly affections.
