George Castleden, boy, helps with accounts; promising; Kent has seen to woods North of Bedford (Salmon not being able to ride); William Runciman - Superintendent of works. It has been Salmon's practice to have the books kept by others, & vouchers for everything. Has also conducted timber sale if Ireland is to do this, Runciman could take to it with him.
