"Extinction of the fee farm rent for Woburn. In accordance with instructions from the Duke. I am enclosing herewith, for the use of the Bedford Office, a copy of the official record, as entered on the Close Rolls of the Crown, of the extinction of this rent by the payment of a capital sum in September, 1671 by William, fifth earl of Bedford.
