Parties:

(ii) Robert Andrews of Saint George's, Hanover Square [Middlesex]
Reciting:
- R6/63/30/21;
- R6/63/30/23;
- the term of 1,000 [previously vested in Judith Richards was now vested in (i);
- in was intended to convey the mortgaged premises to (i) and to keep the two terms of 1,000 years "on foot" to attend upon the inheritance and safeguard title (i) had proposed vesting both terms on (ii) in trust
