    Articles of Agreement Parties: (i) Richard Smith of Woburn, gentleman; (ii) Roger Weedon of Toddington, gentleman Reciting: - "several disputes and controversies between (i) and (ii) concerning "the setting down of a fence on a piece of ground which lies between the houses and outhouses" of (i) and (ii) "which said disputes do arise on account of a dreadfull fire which lately happened in the said town of Woburn by burning down all the houses and outhouses of the said Richard Smith and Roger Weedon" Operative Part: - (ii) to set up a fence from the outside of the dormer of the wall belonging to (i)'s henhouse up to the outside of the first stake "now knocked down" to the corner where (ii)'s barn lately stood being about twelve feet and a half in length; - (ii) to continue his fence from the outside of the first stake for nine feet upwards close to the foundation of (ii)'s barn wall "as was burnt down"; - (i) agreed that (ii) to be able to set his fence nine inches from the inside of the several stakes there set as a boundary between them into the ground of (i) up to the pale next the ground or house of (ii) in occupation of Charles Roome and Richard Thorpe with (ii) making a drain on his own ground Witnesses: - William Parker; - Thomas Reddall
